Heat-Transfers are a process where a highly detailed digital images is printed on to a piece of plastic coated paper and then heat-pressed directly onto the fabric of a shirt (or other garment) in order to transfer that image.

Transfers can contain any image in any combination of colors, even thousands of colors for complete Photo-Realism. If you are usure of whether you need to place your image on a Heat-transfer or use our 4-Color Screenprinting process, email us a copy of your image and we'll give you a free consultation. If you want the printed image to look exactly like your artwork and only need about 20-30 item printed or less we would generally recommend using a Heat-Transfer.

Rush Service:

If you need your order in less than two weeks, we offer two options to deliver your product in less time.

Five Day Rush:

For an additional charge of $3.00 per item, $100.00 minimum, we will process your order in five business days from the day we receive your completed order and final art. Additional charges for expedited shipping are usually required.

Three Day Rush:

For an additional charge of $10.00 per item, $250.00 minimum we will process your order in three business days from the day we receive your completed order and final art. Additional charges for expedited shipping are usually required.

Free Setup:

We offer free embroidery set up with order over 100 pieces.

Do you send to my country?

Yes. We are a worldwide online business, we send caps by the fastest method possible to any country. The extra cost of international shipping included in the shipping cost.

How long does it take to make and receive my order?

Orders of than 12-1000 items take 7-10 business days to process, plus 1-5 days for shipping. (Please add another 3 days for larger orders)

How is my order packaged?

We pack your order in a strong box, so it will not be crushed.

What payments are accepted?

We accept cash, check, money orders, purchase orders, Master card, Visa and Pay pal.

Are payment methods Safe?

We use Paypal for all online Credit Card Transactions. Paypal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of banks and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.

My design has been digitized already, how do I reorder?

Please email or phone us if you would like to reorders items with your own design, all digitizing and setup charges will be waived.

Can I have a discount for bulk orders?

Yes. Any order over 24 items will receive a bulk discount (See our prices list above for details)

Will the embroidery be raised or flat?

All of our embroidery is flat. However for large orders (More than 100 pieces) we can arrange raised embroidery.

Is side embroidery available for caps?

Custom embroidery can be placed only on the front or back of a cap. We can not embroider on the side or bill of a cap.

Returns & Cancellations

Before placing your order, please make sure you personalized cap is complete and without errors. Orders are processed as we get them. We are not responsible for any incorrect sizes, names, e-mail addresses or words that have been approved. Once an order has been personalized, it can only be returned for errors or defects in workmanship.
